Returns & Refunds


AnniGifts.com prides itself in excellent customer service and product quality.  Each item is hand inspected for quality before it is shipped to you.  If you are unsure about a product look, weight or quality, please feel free to order 1 without personalization to look at prior to placing a large order. All personalization is done as shown; we do not do font changes.

We stand behind our products and are proud to offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on any defective or damaged merchandise. Please inspect goods IMMEDIATELY. Any defects or damages MUST be reported within 5 business days of delivery date.

Personalized Items: Items that are personalized may not be returned.

If the item is defective, you must report the defect within 5 business days of delivery date. AnniGifts.com will replace the item at no cost to you. If there is an error on the personalization that is the fault of AnniGifts.com, the item will be replaced at no cost to you. When you place your order, you must enter the personalization EXACTLY as you want it to appear on your item. If the personalization on the item matches the personalization information AnniGifts.com received on your order, the item will not be accepted for replacement. If the item has been discontinued and cannot be replaced, a like item will be substituted.

Any defective or damaged merchandise you wish to exchange or return must have a Return Authorization (RA) Number before returning.

AnniGifts.com will gladly reimburse return shipment costs of authorized exchanges/returns (non-personalized merchandise returned for credit will not qualify for shipping reimbursement). Express shipping costs will not be reimbursed; only ground services will be reimbursed. AnniGifts.com will pay to ship authorized replacements via UPS ground service only.

If you need to exchange or return an item due to defects or damages please follow the instructions below:

  1. Contact us immediately at customerservice@annigifts.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) Number. Provide us with your full name,  order number, item(s) returning and reason for return. Or, complete our return form below.  We will reply via email with the RA# and specific return instructions.
  2. Place the RA # given on the outside of the box you are returning so it can be seen clearly by the returns department in our offices. PLEASE NOTE: Any package arriving without a return authorization number will be returned to sender.
  3. Be sure the item you are returning for inspection is packaged properly, as AnniGifts.com is not responsible for further damages due to improper return packaging.
  4. You are encouraged to ship your return via a track-able source, as AnniGifts.com cannot be responsible for merchandise lost in transit.
